The restructuring of the world’s number three in the industry, on the other hand, is progressing rather slowly: due to additional costs, the group has surprisingly lowered its profit forecast for 2013.

At his first press conference as head of puma, bjorn gulden had to report some bad news on friday: due to one-time expenses of 130 million euros incurred for the fourth quarter, the group’s profit for the current year will no longer increase as planned, but will now be significantly lower than the 70 million euros achieved in the previous year.

Sales, on the other hand, are expected to continue to grow in the low to mid single-digit percentage range.

"In the future, we will pursue the goal of being the fastest sports brand in the world," said the group CEO, who has been in office since july, outlining the new strategy. Products that are added to the assortment at short notice should be available quickly from puma’s own stores.

Gulden admitted, however: "we know that our business is still difficult and is characterized by sales problems, distribution channels that need improvement, and a currently low level of brand popularity.". He nevertheless expressed his conviction that "puma will achieve the turnaround and return to its former strength.

The 48-year-old norwegian did not want to specify a time for the trend reversal. "Realistically, one has to assume a longer process."

Net profit in the third quarter increased from 12.2 million euros to 52.7 million euros. However, the company also had to digest substantial costs for the ongoing restructuring of the group in the previous year. Quarterly sales fell by almost nine percent to 813.1 million euros.

Gulden wants to spend significantly more money on marketing in the coming year. Puma’s sales of shoes fell by more than seven percent to 1.1 billion euros in the first nine months, adjusted for currency effects. The business continues to run better with accessories. In this segment, the adidas competitor generated sales of 426 million euros from january to september – 9.5 percent more than in the same period the previous year.

The borse, however, was skeptical in view of the forecast reduction. The stock, which has been relegated from the mdax to the sdax, lost just under 1.6 percent by the afternoon.

About 40 women and men from the parish council and church administration of the parish community "am weinstock jesu with the communities of zeil, sand, krum and ziegelanger met for a retreat in the zeil parish hall. The volunteers thought about what pastoral care could look like in the future and what contribution they could make to it. When pastoral care units come into being, which in many cases will be coarser than current parish communities, pastoral care can only succeed if many join in, he said. Again and again, they weighed up what was desirable and what was feasible.

Example zeiler kappele

Certainly, many services can no longer be offered in every parish. The fact that people are already taking on further journeys became apparent in the example of the pier kappele. Believers from a distance of 20 to 30 kilometers regularly come to devotions here, because there is no longer such an offer in their communities. The motorcycle service, the bicycle service and the blessing service at the kappele pier also show this trend: people come from far away when a special form of service is obviously important to them.

In many cases, committed lay people are already at work today, keeping faith alive locally by leading word of god celebrations. Such services will become even more important in the future if believers want to gather for prayer in their parish churches.

It was rated as important that the believers also feel part of a rough community and accept appropriate offers. The concern about passing on the faith to the next generation took up a large part of the discussion. Here, too, it became clear that faith can only be felt, experienced and brought to life where people are willing to get involved. Where people only want to be provided with offers from full-time pastors, church life will soon be at the bottom, it was stressed.

A kiss from your grandmother, your first kiss as a teenager, a courtly kiss on the hand: there are many kisses in the course of a lifetime – some you are ashamed of, some you never forget. Musical kiss

The training method comes from the USA and spread among police officers and soldiers at the end of the 1990s. The sport has experienced a boom since 2010. In germany, around 25,000 athletes now train in about 200 boxes crossfit. A US company of the same name sells the licenses. Muller paid about 1000 dollars for his. He has to pay $3,000 a year to be allowed to call himself a crossfit coach. "Skillfully done", the part-time financial advisor sums up the business model. Like a small family

"Burpees" and "deadlifts
