Montessori: mission gold was successfully completed
Herzogenaurach's smallest school celebrated its graduating class, the ninth- and tenth-graders of the mixed-grade class gold. At the beginning of the school year, the students set out their personal mission in gold: the goals ranged from a successful and qualifying secondary school diploma to a middle school diploma as an intermediate stage on the way to the high school diploma.
And both principal rebekka oberhofer and head of class dominik baier were visibly proud that all the students not only achieved their goals, but also achieved very good results. In her speech, the principal described the graduating class on the basis of the new claims: enthusiastic, together and strong.
Even if the enthusiasm was often mainly around the break, there was a strong focus on the "together" to recognize. Over the course of the school year, the class developed into a real community, which they also showed this evening.
And "strong were not only the graduations, but also the commitment of the students and especially the personal development in the last years. "With this we can release you into the world", rebekka oberhofer summed up her confidence.
At the end of the very honest and entertaining speech of the head of the class, the teachers symbolically took their students into the hall of fame the team gave a personal and appreciative welcome and handed over the diplomas.
The thanks of the students was assured to the dedicated teachers, a humorous gift from the class to all teachers closed the festive part of the evening.
Exuberantly, the school community celebrated the success of 2019 and said goodbye to the young people. These players chose different paths, some of them will start an apprenticeship in the fall, some of them will do an orientation phase and a large part of them will transfer to a technical high school. And some ninth graders remain at school for middle school graduation.
But everyone wants to be back at the next school festival in herzogenaurach.
